Shipping & Return
At A1 Build, we aim to provide a seamless and satisfying shopping experience for our customers. Our Shipping, Returns, and Exchange policy outline the procedures and guidelines for shipping, returning, and exchanging products purchased through our platform.
Shipping:
- We offer shipping services for orders within the UAE.
- Orders are typically processed and shipped within 48 hours from the date of purchase.
- Depending on the order size, shipping times may vary and could take up to 3-4 business days for delivery.
- Customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once their order has been dispatched.
Returns:
- We accept returns for eligible products within 7 days of the delivery date.
- To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
-Product should be in perfect saleable condition, in original packaging and with all parts and accessories and warranty documents included.
-Product should not have been used, installed, assembled or disassembled.
-Proof of purchase should be provided along with Products returned.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase once the returned product has been received and inspected.
- Please note that for refunds processed for online payments, there will be a 5% return deduction.
- This deduction covers processing fees and administrative costs associated with online transactions.
Exclusions:
At A1 Build, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. However, there are certain exclusions to our return policy to maintain fairness and integrity in our transactions. Please review the following criteria to understand which products may not be eligible for return:
- Customized or Special-Order Items:
Products that have been customized or specially ordered to meet your specific requirements cannot be returned unless they are faulty or damaged upon receipt.
- Promotional, Clearance Sale, or Ex-Display Items:
Items purchased during promotional events, clearance sales, or identified as ex-display are considered final sale and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.
- Assembled, Installed, or Used Items:
Products that have been assembled, installed, or used are not eligible for return unless they are defective or not functioning as intended.
Please carefully inspect your purchase upon receipt to ensure it meets your expectations. If you have any questions or concerns regarding our return policy or the eligibility of a specific product for return, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
Exchange:
- We offer exchanges for products that are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- Customers must notify us of any issues with their order at the time of delivery to be eligible for an exchange.
- Exchanges will be processed once the returned product has been received and inspected.
- If the requested exchange item is out of stock, a refund or store credit may be offered as an alternative.
Cancelling an Order:
At A1 Build, we understand that circumstances may arise where you need to cancel an order. While we strive to accommodate changes to orders, please note the following guidelines regarding order cancellations:
Order Accuracy:
- Please ensure your order is accurate prior to submission as we have limited ability to make changes once orders have been placed.
FORCE MAJEURE:
The Seller shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused to the Buyer due to non-performance or delay in the performance of any of its obligations to the Buyer due to act of God, war, acts of terrorism, fire, floods, civil disturbance, government action, traffic or shipping disturbances, unforeseeable reduced production, strike, lock out, unforeseeable shortages of labor or trade dispute (whether involving its own employees or those of any other person), difficulties in obtaining materials/utilities/supplies, breakdown in machinery, fire or accident or any other causes whatsoever beyond the control of the Seller. Should any such event occur the Seller reserves the right to cancel or suspend this Agreement without incurring any liability for any loss or damage thereby occasioned.
